The error message looks clear enough you're either missing that master file entirely, you're having a load order issue with it or something happened to it (corrupted, can't be read).įirst of all, make sure the FalloutNV.esm gets detected and loaded before anything else in FNVEdit, if it provides any load order setting function if it's already on top of the load order (lowest possible position), if it isn't detected at all or if it doesn't work, revert to a vanilla installation and try launching the game to see if it actually works like that at least.
